Job Description

● Define knowledge management process improvement needs and develop a plan to deliver recommendations. ● Break down knowledge management process issues into digestible talking points and concise communications. ● Create high-quality reports and presentations, models, analyses, and other deliverables and present them to clients and upper management. ● Manage the knowledge management process. ● Manage audit and assessment knowledge management process management. ● Documentation and update knowledge management process and work instruction ● Responsible for defining and monitoring knowledge management process indicators. ● Identify knowledge GAP.

Requirements

● Master’s degree in Industrial engineering, or Business-related fields; MBA graduate. ● At least 5 years of experience as a knowledge management process analyst. ● Experience with knowledge management mapping. ●Comfort working with groups, as well as sensitivity to individual, group, and organizational dynamics. ● Creative, "big picture" thinking while maintaining keen attention to detail. ● Capable of communicating ideas clearly, both orally and in writing, to customers and technical resources. ● Highly quantitative, analytical, and business-minded, and knowledgeable. ● High energy, can-do attitude with a willingness to do what it takes to get things done to meet project deadlines. ● Deep customer focus and experience with researching and determining customer needs. ● Comfortable working closely with remote teams and virtual environments. ● Familiar with Telecom Industry and related processes. ● Have intelligence analysis skills. ● Have familiarity with knowledge management models. ● Expert in Microsoft Office. ● Fluent in English.
