Requirements
● Master’s degree in Industrial engineering, or Business-related fields; MBA graduate.
● At least 5 years of experience as a knowledge management process analyst.
● Experience with knowledge management mapping.
●Comfort working with groups, as well as sensitivity to individual, group, and organizational dynamics.
● Creative, "big picture" thinking while maintaining keen attention to detail.
● Capable of communicating ideas clearly, both orally and in writing, to customers and technical resources.
● Highly quantitative, analytical, and business-minded, and knowledgeable.
● High energy, can-do attitude with a willingness to do what it takes to get things done to meet project deadlines.
● Deep customer focus and experience with researching and determining customer needs.
● Comfortable working closely with remote teams and virtual environments.
● Familiar with Telecom Industry and related processes.
● Have intelligence analysis skills.
● Have familiarity with knowledge management models.
● Expert in Microsoft Office.
● Fluent in English.
