Job Description
• Manage and build strong business relationships with all the key supermarket accounts (Such as Refah, Hyperstar, etc.)
• Expanding company's presence through adding new key accounts (such as discount and convenient key accounts)
• Focus on determining and managing existing key accounts in order to accomplish and advance sales budgets, and maximize opportunities to make sales
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
• Managing, recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Ensuring complete synchronization between all support programs (BTL, trade, merchandising)
• Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
