Job Description

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate sales departments/functions in all locations toward the accomplishment of objectives.
  • Manage the daily sales operation, establish sales and administrative procedures, monitor and drive the sales performance of all locations, and develop recommendations.
  • Maintain and expand domestic and international sales channels to increase market exposure, revenue, and profitability.
  • Work in close collaboration with key partners to develop growth strategies, key positioning strategies, and execution strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Respond to inquiries and questions from key business partners and customers.
  • Write reports and briefing summaries on departments’ performance and upcoming work plans.
  • Work with the marketing department in various marketing campaigns to boost company revenue.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of field sales managerial experience, preferably in SaaS, IT, or business consultation.
  • Consultative/solutions sales experience with B2B/B2C sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and presentations.
  • Demonstrated self-confidence with high energy and enthusiasm.
  • The highest level of ethics and professionalism.
  • Great business judgment with the ability to make successful decisions in driving a highly profitable business.
