Plan, direct, and coordinate sales departments/functions in all locations toward the accomplishment of objectives.
Manage the daily sales operation, establish sales and administrative procedures, monitor and drive the sales performance of all locations, and develop recommendations.
Maintain and expand domestic and international sales channels to increase market exposure, revenue, and profitability.
Work in close collaboration with key partners to develop growth strategies, key positioning strategies, and execution strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Respond to inquiries and questions from key business partners and customers.
Write reports and briefing summaries on departments’ performance and upcoming work plans.
Work with the marketing department in various marketing campaigns to boost company revenue.
Requirements
3+ years of field sales managerial experience, preferably in SaaS, IT, or business consultation.
Consultative/solutions sales experience with B2B/B2C sales cycles.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and presentations.
Demonstrated self-confidence with high energy and enthusiasm.
The highest level of ethics and professionalism.
Great business judgment with the ability to make successful decisions in driving a highly profitable business.
