
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
•Extract, analyze, and validate HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
•Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and management reports to support business decision-making.
•Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.
•Participate in the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of HR systems and applications.
•Maintain and update HR data across all HR processes, ensuring data integrity.
•Document HR processes, procedures, and system-related changes.
•Monitor HR data quality and recommend improvements to enhance data accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Engineering (Software), or a related field.
•2–4 years of relevant experience in HRIS, HR data analytics, or HR systems.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
•Familiarity with HR software and at least one international ERP system is an advantage.
•Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
•Good understanding of core HR processes, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Personnel Administration.
•High attention to detail.
•Strong follow-up and execution skills.
•Problem identification and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
•Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or other reporting tools is an advantage.
•Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and support day-to-day tasks.
