Job Description

  • Deliver functional objectives such as implementation of the resourcing strategy, talent strategies, and reward strategy of the organization to ensure the right people are in the right jobs with the right entitlements and benefits.
  • An employee champions and drives the desired culture and engagement with employees as an HR professional.
  • Maintain and coordinate appropriate learning interventions taking into account learning principles and theories (e.g., training programs, coaching, on-the-job learning, etc) and manage the ongoing delivery.
  • Negotiate with the recruitment organization (through Indirect procurement) to ensure cost effective business focus contracts are in place for talent recruitment.
  • Support the Reward strategy and prepare recommendations where appropriate.
  • Ensure timely delivery of accurate remuneration and benefits to all local staff to ensure satisfaction of the employees.
  • Ensure compliance with legal legislation as per labor law at all times.
  • Recruit and plan the onboarding of fresh graduates and mid-career professionals applying for BAT methodology as per the agreed plan.
  • Ensure that all BAT PARS policies and standards, and local regulations are followed to minimize the risk of accidents, occupational illnesses, or environmental impairment.

Requirements

  • Graduates preferably with an emphasis on human resources.
  • 2/3 years of working experience in a medium-sized dynamic organization with some multinational company exposure.
  • Conversant in the Islamic Republic of Iran labor law.
  • Understanding administering payroll processes.
  • Knowledge of the salary market in Iran.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Written and verbal fluency in both English and Farsi.
  • Standard computer literacy (Windows, MS Office, etc.).
  • Eager to deliver business and HR results.
