Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated IT technical support for technical telephony and remote desktop support of IP cameras and smart home products Main responsibilities: • Providing technical support to customers in installation and setup of IP cameras and smart home products. • Cooperation with the company's content provider in preparation of technical documents such as tutorials, product manuals, website posts, etc.

Requirements

• Having knowledge of computer networking • Good English reading and translation skills are an advantage • Working knowledge of WordPress platform is not mandatory but is an advantage. • Past experience with technical call center support is not mandatory but is an advantage
