Job Description

- Identifying and procuring the hardware and software needed to satisfy user requirements - Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications - Administering ERP and BPMS system of company - Handling Network security (creating the necessary backups) - Administering e-mail and anti-virus systems - Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults - Oversee the daily performance of computer systems - Maintain and records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities - Responsible for creating and maintaining backups - This position will be based in Tehran, but will be expected to assist with IT support at other locations
