BAT PARS IS LOOKING FOR AN IT Helpdesk
LOCATION: Tehran
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
● Respond to IT issues and requests.
● Record, resolve and escalate calls, to ensure smooth operation of implemented systems.
● Install, configure and roll out systems.
● Ensure that the helpdesk operates in an effective manner so that Service Level Agreements are met.
● Monitor and prepare reports on service level achievements against targets.
● Perform daily system management and administrative activities to ensure the proper operation and security of the different IT systems, including but not limited to user management, system backup, system health check, Log auditing, capacity management.
● Develop a detailed understanding of the company plan and business objectives of BAT Pars.
● Establish strong work relationships with BAT Pars staff, external suppliers, and business partners.
● Ensure compliance with IT strategy and standards as applicable to BAT Pars.
● Develop a company network as needed.
● Installation and troubleshooting of devices such as printers, scanners, etc.
