Job Description

Respond to IT issues and requests.
Record, resolve, and escalate calls as appropriate to ensure smooth operation of implemented systems and services.
Install configure and roll out systems, laptops, PC, and printers.
Ensure that the helpdesk operates in an effective manner so that Service Level Agreements are met. Monitor and report on service level achievement against targets.
Perform daily system management and administrative activities to ensure the proper operation and security of the different IT systems, including but not limited to user management, system backup, laptop setup, print service management, passive network maintenance, server room maintenance, UPS, and cooling system monitoring, system health check.
Develop a detailed understanding of the company plan and business objectives of BAT Pars.
Establish strong work relationships with the staff, external suppliers, colleagues, and business partners.
Ensure compliance with IT strategy and standards as applicable to BAT Pars.
Develop a company network as needed.
Install and troubleshoot devices such as printers, scanners, access points, etc.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, or Hardware Engineering.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Strong technical background.
Strong communication skills.
Analytical mind capable of independently addressing a problem and choosing the most appropriate solution from a group of identified possibilities.
In-depth knowledge of systems functionality and usage.
Experience with the ITIL foundation is an advantage.
Consistent and result-oriented.
Able to focus under pressure.
Self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory Domain is a must.
Full knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office is a must.
Knowledge of Network+ is a must.
Familiar with passive network (Server room facilities, trunks, cabling, modules, and installation and arrangement of shelves).
Ability to configure and maintain Network devices such as Switches, Routers, Modems, Access Points, and NAS storage.
CCNA, MTCNA, or equivalent knowledge is a plus.
