Job Description

• Responsible for leading deal processes from beginning to end.
• Evaluate and structure new investment opportunities for their risks and possible returns, driven by -detailed financial analysis and valuation.
• Participate in and drive the due diligence process when evaluating new investments.
• Participate in Preparing material for the presentation of investment opportunities.
• Assist with client negotiations and documentation.
• Look for potential investment opportunities.
• Raise capital from outside investors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or an MBA graduate.
• More than 3 years of related work experience in financial services or management consulting.
• Experience in investment banking, private equity, or M&A deals.
• Mastery of accounting, financial statements analysis, financial modeling or analysis, and valuation methodologies with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple investment-related projects in a time-critical environment.
• Business analytic skills and strategic thinking.
• Ability to research markets, competitors, customers, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solver who can quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply.
• Work under pressure, and deliver accurate and high-volume results on tight deadlines.
• Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
• Experience in health or F&B industries is an advantage.
