Think what positive change you would bring in reply to below set of challenges: • “FREE TO EXPRESS challenge”: How could we revolutionize our approach to diversity & inclusion in a lasting and meaningful way? • “FREE TO GROW challenge”: Envision an employee experience that solves the challenges of the future world of work? Work / life balance, digital environment, retaining company culture, etc. • “FREE TO CREATE challenge”: How can we ensure that we will continue to serve our customers in a relevant way by changing the way we innovate? • “FREE TO SHINE challenge”: Identify a key challenge facing our business and propose an idea of how we can overcome it in the future? If you have a reply to each of above challenges, then: 1-Read the rules in this page and apply for challenge. 2-Submit a presentation (it’s a must! We will send you the template as soon as you register and agree with terms and conditions) and a short video in English. 3- We will choose promising individuals for the paid local Internship (our selection process includes a telephone interview, and a presentation of your idea). 4- Refine your idea with our mentors during your internship from June to Oct. and go to the global final of the competition where 34 other countries compete for the global internship. The winners will enroll in a new 6 months paid internship beginning from Jan.2022 Applicants must be at least eighteen and if they are currently studying, they will have to be enrolled in their last years of studies upon submission of the registration application to the Challenge.
