Job Description

- Prepare and handling letters and correspondence to manager and top manager - Management assistance in any other tasks and activities. - Prepare regular progress reports for management. - Prepare documents, reports and presentations. - Maintain and update human resources documents - Evaluation & Measurement of job satisfaction - Network through industry contacts, social media, and employees. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. - mend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting - Identify development opportunities - Assists with recruitment and interview process.

Requirements

- Gender: female - Minimum 2 year of relevant experience. - Familiar with administrative Rules - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations - Good team work - Communication skills - Excellent knowledge of ICDL (capable of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) & Internet - Understanding the implication of mobile software and smart device - Solving problem skills - Optimum use of time, meticulous, intelligent with high work ethics. - Understanding of administrative tasks and procedures.
