Position Snapshot Location: Tehran /Iran Company: Nestlé Full-time Position summary: The internal communications and media relations supervisor will oversee the development and execution of internal and external communication for Nestlé in the Islamic Republic of Iran with Nestlé waters included as per the direction formed on an annual basis. A day in the life... In a more straightforward and summarized manner, the position shall have 2 scopes of focus: ● To support management, and the head of communications, to inform, engage and motivate employees in pursuit of a shared strategic vision and goals. ● To build a climate of trust with editors and journalists and through this deliver greater Media exposure for Nestlé as the world’s largest food and beverage company. ● To support the PR strategy, serving as a strategic ally to the Head of Communications and creating easily understood communications plans and materials targeting internal audience and media, including creating, planning, and executing communications for initiatives, working with key partners to determine and define the needs and communication strategy execution. ● To manage our agency partners on the scope of media relations.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Relations, Business, Public Relations, Marketing or other related fields; Master's degree in a plus. ● More than 3 to 5 years of experience in communications across in-house or agency teams with exposure to executive leadership. ● Hands-on experience leading consumer internal and external PR campaigns and proven ability to develop and successfully implement communications strategies. ● Understanding of emerging trends and technologies influencing owned media. ● 1 to 2 years of experience with issues and risk management. ● Agency work experience is a plus as well as effectively partnering with a PR agency as a client to achieve sustainable high performance. ● Strategic, creative business thinking. ● Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in both Farsi and English. ● Strong project and time management skills. ● Strong sense of urgency, a high degree of initiative, and the ability to lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams. ● A high level of professional integrity and confidentiality. ● Demonstrated customer service orientation.
