Requirements

Must-Haves:

• 10+ years of digital media experience at the VP level with progressive levels of responsibility and business acumen in marketing and communications, team management, and P&L management; 1+ years of marketing experience with blockchain/Web3 projects.
• Keen interest in Crypto, Blockchain, Defi, NFTs, and Metaverse.
• Agency experience is highly preferred.
• Must have online and offline media experience, including TV, display, search, social, and mobile.
• Demonstrated ability to establish high levels of trust and credibility internally and externally, able to influence others to action.
• Demonstrates an ability to be curious, bold, and passionate about our client’s business.
• Client leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. effectively present formal POVs internally and externally.
• Strong leadership skills and general management orientation.
• Critical assessor of talent; builds and motivates high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills and strong problem-solving skills; navigates effectively through difficult issues, and builds required consensus to drive business needs and results.
• High results orientation, able to effectively juggle and prioritize many competing demands – high tolerance to effectively manage change.
• Able to establish and manage the P&L statement.
• Team-oriented; approachable and viewed as a coach and mentor to others.
• Be passionate about social media and word-of-mouth marketing.

Nice to Haves:

• Previous experience working in a multinational business.
• Previous work experience or personal interest in the crypto/blockchain space.
• Comfortable using decentralized Crypto software such as Metamask, DEXs LiquidityPools, etc.
• Practical knowledge of finance, asset management, and CEXs is also a plus.
• Builds/develops the financial acumen of the team.
• Models and coaches team how to effectively manage and influence clients to solutions that best meet clients' business needs and are aligned with our capabilities to effectively and efficiently deliver.
• A strong grasp of local languages such as Turkish, Persian, Russian, Ukrainian, and Arabic is a plus.
