Initiate outbound and receive inbound phone activity, email, etc. to design solutions that enhance customers' business operations, generating profitable sales, and increasing customer satisfaction and retention.
Conducting annual planning for the assigned accounts and the respective top customers.
Adapting forecasts for top customers.
Responsible for pricing, negotiation, and finalization of sales orders.
Accurately entering client data and orders into Döhlers systems in cooperation with CS.
Preparing quotations quickly in collaboration with pricing and based on agreed minimum order quantities, standardized prices, extra packaging charges, payment and delivery conditions, etc.
Responsible for providing customer solutions to meet customer needs
Acquiring new business through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Follow-up on all aspects of customer requests for Döhlers products, capabilities, services, etc.
Maintain accurate account files of all customer data and leads including all written communications in WE-LEAD.
Be well-networked within the Döhlers organization to direct or respond promptly to a customer's inquiry or need.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Business Administration.
At least 2 years of experience in similar positions.
Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
Good team player, with strong communication skills.
Customer-focused with problem-solving and strong negotiation skills.
Preferably knowledge of the food industry in B2B sales.
Willing to take initiative and responsibility.
