Job Description

● Plan and execute employees' development and training programs. ● Analyze training needs to meet employees' development programs. develop, organize, conduct, and evaluate training programs. ● Conduct all steps of recruitment: job postings, screening CVs, performing interviews, and giving line manager consultation on recruitment. ● Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement. ● Plan and conduct new employees' orientation to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives.

Requirements

● At least 5 years of related experience. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Engineering. ● Excellent communication and leadership skills. ● Ability to plan and manage time effectively. ● Creative, trustworthy, energetic, and motivated. ● Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and promoting employees in an organization.
