Job Description
• Identify qualified candidates for various positions in Kian to continuously assist with growth and optimization of Kian’s talent pool through networking, internet postings, university relations, etc.
• Mentor and provide guidance and direction to recruiting coordinators
• Work with current employees and new hires in developing their skills (industrial/general)
• Assist management in HR Strategy Planning and manage the implementation process in all HR functions
• Document HR processes and procedures and communicating it internally to constantly maintain and improve Kian’s working culture
• Conduct appraisals of staff to monitor their progress and performance and report to management
• Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees, proactively and when employee relations issues arise.
• Play an active role in Kian’s HR branding development
• Liaise with universities and participate in networking events to represent Kian as a top industry employer
• Organize campus event to introduce Kian and conduct recruitment process
• Play a role in keeping Kian’s working environment conflict-free
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the management team on people-related strategies and engagements
• Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, retention and strategic development
• Research compensation trends and reviewing compensation surveys, evaluate compensation policies
• Monitor government regulations, legislation, and benefits trends and ensure that the pay practices comply with Iran’s laws and regulations
