Advising on all employees issues. . Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants. . The practices in the areas of remuneration, benefits, performance management and development, recruitment and retention.
. Development and Implement Procedures, Polices and Guidelines to assist in the smoothing running of office. . Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. . Organize all personnel administration affairs according labor law, such as contracts, insurance and etc. . . .
Conducts wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate. . Provide job description for all Tarhegandom employees and evaluate the job descriptions quarterly and annually. . Education and motivation system for all employees. . Reporting to: managing director. . Length of Probation Period: 1 month.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:30 - 18 and Thursdays and Fridays are close .Specializing in recruitment, training, motivation, monitoring, assessment and evaluation.
