Job Description
- Talent Acquisition: Finding and hiring the most qualified candidate for a job opening, in a timely and cost effective manner including advertising, screening and selecting applicants from local websites, phone and face to face interviewing, preparing reports for taking final decision, result announcements and on-boarding.
- HR Administration: Preparing time sheet and controlling of personnel`s data entry in HR software such as leave balance, arrival, exit, shift work timetable, mission, overtime and deficit time on a monthly basis.
- HR Systems and Processes: Maintaining and updating employees` files, HR records and HR databases such as personnel documents, training certificates and medical insurance records. Performing job analysis, job classification, performance appraisals and updating HR processes and procedures as a HR team member.
- Training and Development: Performing need assessment, preparing training calendar, coordinating with internal and external providers, carrying out training courses, calculating effectiveness and preparing reports.
- Conducting and analyzing all HR-related analysis and surveys.
- Following up welfare affairs.
- Working Condition: Saturday-Wednesday, 7:45 am-16:45 pm
