Job Description
• Owner of group’s human resources policies
• Propose and implement plans for group human resources
• Implement and improve group’s human resources functions
• Making plan’s and action to human resources surveys (such as culture and engagement) Follow up on action’s plans
• Develop all methods that related to each of the approved human resources functions
• Owner of performance management projects and career development of company’s employees
• Implement policies to ensure the availability of key persons with internal development or recruitment
• Identify, implement and improve KPI’s of human resources
• Propose and implement roadmaps for the development of human resources of group companies and monitoring required measures in this field
• Consult the managing directors of the group companies in the field of human resources development and organizational behavior
• Collaborate on attracting, training, and developing the company's human resources teams
• Human resource management of the group headquarters in all human resource functions
• Directing internal and external events related to the group's human resources
• Cooperation in crisis management of group companies in the field of human resources issues
• Employer branding development and EVP ( Employee value proposition) improvement
