Job Description
The objective of the role:
To assist in the facilitation and coordination of organization design, job design, performance management, and talent management initiatives.
Responsibilities:
● Short-term, medium-term, and long-term planning for KPIs of different units.
● Prepare comprehensive reports of the organization's KPIs.
● Follow up and receive reports of performance indicators from different units.
● Develop and implement an individual and team competency development plan.
● Design and maintain the methodology for job creation and job evaluation.
● Design and maintain the competency matrix of all jobs in the organization.
● Evaluate new job descriptions and put them into the job matrix.
● Assist in the organizational and structural design.
● Provide remuneration with up-to-date structure templates of the entire organization.
● Assist in HR and the business.
● Design and maintain the rules for the span of control in different business units.
● Conduct regular audits of the organizational structure and recommends changes to make the organization more efficient.
● Participate in HR projects and organization-wide projects.
● Support linking organizational design and setup to learning and career paths.
● Lead activities around performance management and performance planning, and evaluation advice.
● Provide communication material and design campaigns around performance management.
