About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Consultant to join our client, a leading company in the international trading and foreign commerce sector. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leadership to strengthen the organization's Human Resources function, provide strategic HR guidance, support key business negotiations, and mentor the HR team—particularly the Talent Acquisition function. This role plays a critical part in aligning people strategies with business objectives, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and supporting sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Advisory
• Provide expert consultation to leadership on HR strategies, organizational development, and workforce planning.
• Advise management on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and implement best practices aligned with organizational goals.
Executive Support & Business Partnership
• Participate in high-level meetings and critical business negotiations, providing HR insights and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with senior leaders to support organizational change initiatives and business transformation projects.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and serve as a trusted HR advisor.
HR Team Guidance
• Guide, mentor, and support the Human Resources team, with a particular focus on the Talent Acquisition and Recruitment team.
• Support workforce planning and hiring strategies to meet current and future business needs.
• Review and enhance HR policies, procedures, and operational workflows.
• Support leadership development, succession planning, and organizational capability building.
• Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.

What You Bring
• Proven experience as an HR Consultant, Senior HR Business Partner, or HR Manager.
• Fluency in English is mandatory (both written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of modern Human Resources practices, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
• Demonstrated experience participating in executive meetings and supporting business negotiations.
• Experience coaching and mentoring HR professionals, especially recruitment teams.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
