Job Description

-Performing all HR Tasks including Job Analysis, Recruitment, Development, performance evaluation, compensation, talent management -Supporting internal communication such as announcements and on-boarding programs -Performing all recruitment tasks including advertisement, screening, coordinating interviews, result announcements -Providing and updating HR database -Conducting and analyzing all HR-related analysis and surveys -Maintaining employee files and the HR records such as personnel documents -Support broader HR projects when necessary

Requirements

-B.S. / B.A. in business administration or relevant field -Minimum of 4 years in HR Fields -Hardworking and smart, creative and eager to learn -Advanced in MicroSoft Office -Strong knowledge of English language -Gender: No preferences -Ideal Age Range: 28 - 37
