Job Description
-Performing all HR Tasks including Job Analysis, Recruitment, Development, performance evaluation, compensation, talent management
-Supporting internal communication such as announcements and on-boarding programs
-Performing all recruitment tasks including advertisement, screening, coordinating interviews, result announcements
-Providing and updating HR database
-Conducting and analyzing all HR-related analysis and surveys
-Maintaining employee files and the HR records such as personnel documents
-Support broader HR projects when necessary
