Plan, organize, and effectively conduct employee training and development on various skill, policy, and compliance areas and for different organizational levels.
Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
Implement development plans with HRBPs.
Monitor quarterly and annual performance review sessions.
Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions and careers path.
Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate.
