Job Description

  • Plan, organize, and effectively conduct employee training and development on various skill, policy, and compliance areas and for different organizational levels.
  • Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
  • Implement development plans with HRBPs.
  • Monitor quarterly and annual performance review sessions.
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions and careers path.
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate.
  • At least 2 years of experience in this field.
  • Solid understanding of business and HR processes.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Creative.
  • Teamwork spirit.
