Job Description

- Objective of the role: HR Management , Managing Human Resource ,Communication with employer , Motivations and encouraging staff.. - List of responsibilities: KPI Definition ,KPI Measurement - Meeting with employer - Solving problem. - Reporting to: CEO. - Length of Probation Period: 3 Month. - Working hours: Saturday - Wednesday 9:30 to 18. - Travel requirements: NO. - Gross Monthly Base Salary: Negotiable. - Commission / Bonus / Benefits: Based on KPI .

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Master Degree In human Resource or MBA Degree in human resource.. - Nature and length of previous experience: 3 years experience . - Specialist knowledge: Human Resource knowledge in general. - Soft Skills and Personality traits: Teamwork, adaptability, leadership skill, Communication skill and MS office.
