Job Description

- Full command of Labor Law, SSO law, Supplementary Insurance and Employers Liability Insurance - Full command of HR (Recruitment, Development, Performance evaluation, Retention, Attendance, Payroll, Job grading) - Mastery of personnel Contracts - Ability of short term and long term planning - Implementing a salary structure according to the rank and positions in organization - Attending and resolving the internal conflicts: helping and guiding employees for their problems and issues - Willing to commute between the HQ and Sites - Proficient in departmental and personnel issues - Ample command of recruitment techniques - Working experience as the Human Resources Manager in small and medium sized companies - Good communication skills - Reporting to: Managing Director and Executive Vice President

Requirements

- At least 5+ years of Human Resources Management experience - Gender: Male - Age requirements: preferably 35 to 40 - At least BA degree esp. in related fields preferably HR Management - Full command of computer knowledge - Average command of English and Fluent in Persian, both written and oral.
