Job Description
● Work closely with the HR director, and operational and support departments to provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
● Reviewing HR plans related to the company's chart and budget.
● Provide guidance and input on business unit restructure, performance management, and career development and handle all administrative and legal issues.
● Works closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
● Analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
● Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
● Collaboration in the process of recruitment and team building in the company (sourcing and assessing).
● Identify, design, and update policies and procedures of all HR systems and processes such as recruitment, evaluation appraisal system, development program, payroll system, reward, and compensation systems, talent management, organizational culture, career path planning, and maintenance system.
