The human resources department is responsible for designing and implementing HR programs and policies that help company leaders better manage the workforce.
About the Role
As a HR Business Partner, you’ll be the dedicated contact for Tech & Product teams within the company, advising on performance management and career planning, making sure people feel heard, and taking action with what you’ve learned. You’ll also help team leads and managers get more comfortable and confident in their roles.

Responsibilities:
• Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions.
• Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
• Provides performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team to support timely and successful filling of positions.
• Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
• Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
