Job Description

- Prepares and renews all personnel contracts - Maintaining employees' files and records in both electronic and physical form - All insurance affairs - Works with Attendance software and Prepares monthly timesheets, sets up and defines new employees in payroll system / Settles personnel issues related to payroll and benefit - Participate in labor office meetings as an employer representative and provide documentation - Preparing and maintain personnel records such as hiring, termination, leaves, and reports - Procuring and Monitoring office supplies - Internal and external organizational correspondence - File and retrieve documents, records, and reports - Perform any other duties defined by management for daily operation - HSE related - Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail to all departments

Requirements

- At least a bachelor (preferably in Industrial Engineering and Management fields) - At least 3 years of experience in the related field - Familiar with payroll systems, prepare, process, and monitor monthly payroll - Full knowledge of Office software (ICDL) - Good Communications skills - Advanced computer skills. - Creative, flexible, and energetic at work - Great teamwork abilities and skills - Familiarity with attendance software (like PW kara) - Familiarity with the rules of labor and social security - Self-disciplined - Good knowledge of the English language - Ability to handle multiple tasks
