Job Description

  • Check missions of MRs, DSMs, RSMs, NSM, marketing team, NHS, KAM, and production.
  • Check tickets and hotels in Snapp and Alibaba regarding TP, missions, and STP.
  • Check with all related staff.
  • Take the manager's confirmation.
  • Buy tickets and book hotels.
  • Follow up, check tickets and hotel invoices, and give them to finance.
  • Checking MRs, DSMs, and RSMs petty cash.
  • Monthly TP.
  • Prepare and send TP format to all NSM, RSMs, DSMs, KAM, and NHS (15th per month).
  • Follow up to receive aggregate and send to Marketing, Medico, and managers.
  • Follow up to gather all plans and send the final TP to HRM (25th per month).
  • Prepare the mission for next month and giving to finance (30th per month).
  • Prepare mission revision of the previous month and give it to finance (1st per month).
  • Update monthly actual TP with the help of Sayeh admin in checking missions on Sayeh (10th per month).
  • Do any other daily tasks related to HR requirements.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in related fields, or an MBA graduate.
  • Preferably more than two years of experience in relevant fields, especially in HR administration.
  • Upper-Intermediate knowledge of English.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Committed, responsible, and punctual.
  • Hard worker.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Multitask.
