Job Description

● Dominate all warehouse software and process. ● Manage the warehouse. ● Manage and implementation the logistic requirements. ● Provide and updating the related documents. ● Prepare daily and monthly reports and presenting the results. ● Coordinate with the other departments ● Manage team performance: know team problems, define areas for performance improvements with team members, drive teamwork, and lead problem solving. ● Manage daily meetings, ensure the respect of standardized work methods, and assure presence on the floor to answer questions or address problems.

Requirements

● University qualifications: Bachelor’s or higher degree in Industrial engineering. ● Previous experience: at least 5 years of experience in automotive industries. ● Good communication and teamwork ability. ● Good command of Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). ● Ability to self-organize, self-diagnose and self-motivate. ● Strong analytical and problem solving skills. ● Strong documentation skills. ● Ability to meet deadlines, under pressure and the willingness to put extra hours in, when needed. ● Familiar with automotive industry standards (IATF, ISO, NSA, etc.) ● Must be extremely detail oriented. ● Familiar with English language.
