Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee warehouse operations at our home appliances manufacturing site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, optimizing space utilization, supervising the warehouse team, and coordinating seamlessly with other departments, including production, procurement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and dispatching.
- Ensure accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP).
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with production, supply chain, and sales teams to align priorities.
- Implement and enforce safety standards and housekeeping procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and generate regular inventory reports.
- Ensure proper flow and tracking of components and finished goods based on FIFO or relevant methods.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in home appliances warehousing is a strong asset.
- Proficiency with warehouse management software (e.g., Sepidar, Hamkaran System, or similar ERP platforms).
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to make timely decisions.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and material handling practices.
- Full-time availability and ability to be present at the factory site in Mahmoudabad (transportation provided).
