Job Description
Responsibilities:
Planning, organizing, and fully supervising warehouse operations
Managing inventory and implementing standard methods (FIFO/FEFO/LIFO)
Supervising inbound and outbound goods and recording data in the warehouse and ERP systems
Inventory control, conducting periodic stocktaking, and reconciling physical stock with system records
Managing the process of supplying raw materials to production and receiving finished goods
Overseeing proper layout, storage conditions, safety, and warehouse orderliness
Managing the warehouse team (storekeepers, operators, forklift drivers)
Preparing periodic reports
Identifying obsolete items and preventing shortages or excess inventory
Contributing to the implementation and improvement of warehousing systems and logistics processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Warehouse Manager in manufacturing companies
Strong knowledge of warehousing and logistics principles
Full proficiency in inventory control
Proficient in warehouse management and ERP software
Familiarity with 5S principles
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to build structures, develop necessary procedures, and ensure their execution
