Job Description

-Objective of the role: increase the speed and quality of sales process, retaining the customer, keeping the business on technology edge.. -List of responsibilities: Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customers. -Meet customers on daily basis, support the customer on the issues they face, review the orders and issue requested invoices. -Resolve and respond to customer issues and inquiries.. -Reporting to: sales manager. -Subordinates: subordinates. -Length of Probation Period: 3 Month. -Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 07am- 04pm. . -Travel requirements: in some cases within the country..

Requirements

-University Qualifications: BSc in business management. . -Other certifications obtained: iso 9001. -Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years experience as head of sales in a pharmaceutical company or 5 years experience as sales expert in a pharmaceutical company . -Specialist knowledge: Financial analysis, elastic search , being expert in windows and office tools and familiarity with rahkaran system software. -Soft Skills and Personality traits: teamwork, adaptability, communication skills .
