Job Description

• Identify the processes of the organization and determine its monitoring and measurement indicators • Establishment and integration of management systems in all processes of the organization (ISO 9001 :2015 -ISO22000 :2018 -HACCP- ISO45001 • Pursue the realization of its goals and programs and report to management • Collaborate in identifying the risks and opportunities of the organization's processes and trying to manage them • Compilation or revision of documents required for processes through documentation including implementation methods, instructions and forms with the cooperation of process managers • Monitor the process of corrective or preventive action to eliminate actual or potential non-compliance • suggestions to improve activities to management. • Collaborate in monitoring, measuring and analyzing processes and reporting to management. • Receive process monitoring and measurement results from other processes. • Monitoring the implementation of the document control system. • Update legal and regulatory requirements related to the product and service. • Preparation of analytical reports from the status of the management system to the management of the company. • Collaborate in analyzing charts and reports received. • Determining the internal audit team and cooperating in the implementation of internal audit. • Relationship with certification and inspection companies on management system issues
