An opportunity for a talented marketing manager to experience more than the top of the funnel by joining our modern marketing team. We're looking to hire an executive to lead our growth marketing team and strategy. We believe you should be highly process-oriented, analytical, data-driven, and seek to improve activation, retention, and loyalty KPIs by assisting customers to succeed at Nobitex. Key duties: ● Understand deeply the lifecycle of customers on Nobitex and identify opportunities for growth and optimization. ● Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion. ● Lead growth marketing team. ● Analyze and report data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. ● Provide results and recommendations against new approaches, customers, technologies, sites, for cutting-edge programs across web, mobile, and all digital extensions. ● Work with internal operations, marketing team, and planning teams to maximize the impact of growth. ● Conceive and execute a wide range of activation, retention, and content campaigns to drive education and engagement. ● Communicate and work hand to hand with development and product teams to ensure the user experience is as frictionless as possible and align products with activation and retention strategies.
