Role description: ● Analyze business needs, carry out data-driven activities using data governance tools, and design data flow processes while maintaining data integrity. ● Identify and resolve gaps in the data collection and analysis processes. ● Present data that facilitates accurate analysis, processing, and consumption across departments for effective decision-making. ● Spot potential business challenges, create and submit a report on them, and execute the plan drawn to overcome them. ● Build and manage databases and track trends that can be helpful to make business decisions. ● Communicate and collaborate effectively with different teams across the organization.
Requirements
● A strong communicator, attentive listener, and compelling explainer with the ability to focus on a problem, ask insightful questions, and gain expertise quickly. ● Understand the importance of story-telling with data and how building data visualizations with both function and flow influences business/product decisions. ● Expert in SQL and data visualization. ● Experience with marketing and e-commerce is a plus. ● Experience analyzing CRM data and web tracking is a plus. ● Proficiency with analytical tools like R/Python is a big plus. ● More than 2 years of experience in strategy, data analytics, operations, or related field. ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. ● Familiarity with Growth funnels, industry-critical metrics, and conversion rates. ● Self-starter with an ownership mindset, relentless drive to execute and take calculated risks to drive growth; ability to communicate with confidence.
