Job Description

Team Management: Works with Brand and other marketing team member to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams Cross Functional Collaboration: Full collaboration with media, account and creative team in order to execute the plans much more efficient and inline with brand strategy Routine market visit to be done by him/her and his/her team Routine meetings with sales team to finalize a rolling 3 months plan for marketing and Trade marketing Routine meeting with R&D and production department in order to run the new product projects Data analysis: Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies Branding and Communication: Prepare full Brand DNA , positioning, Insights, … Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, Digital content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects Communicates along with Advertising supervisor with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback

Requirements

A senior brand leader, with a wealth of commercial marketing experience gained within a large matrix organization Track record of commercial over-delivery & solid understanding of business drivers Significant experience shaping and influencing brand strategies across a portfolio of products Significant experience in leading and developing teams and effectively influencing senior stakeholders. Experience of influencing global NPD pipeline & leading local initiatives Excellent project management and ability to deal with conflicting priorities, efficiently and effectively. Solid evidence of agency and budget management Media planning and consumer marketing campaign development experience Strength in application of market research learnings/ insights to influence strategy development Experience at Senior Brand Manager or Marketing Manager level Attributes A clear leader who has stature and gravitas Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen (P&L, business case development) A result driven individual with a can do, proactive attitude An effective networker with superior relationship building and communication skills. Excellent creative thinking Holds themselves and others accountable Graduate level or equivalent in management, marketing or commercial related subject (Essential) Experienced and capable at using Microsoft Office applications
