Job Description
Team Management:
Works with Brand and other marketing team member to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
Cross Functional Collaboration:
Full collaboration with media, account and creative team in order to execute the plans much more efficient and inline with brand strategy
Routine market visit to be done by him/her and his/her team
Routine meetings with sales team to finalize a rolling 3 months plan for marketing and Trade marketing
Routine meeting with R&D and production department in order to run the new product projects
Data analysis:
Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services
Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
Branding and Communication:
Prepare full Brand DNA , positioning, Insights, …
Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, Digital content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
Communicates along with Advertising supervisor with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product
Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
