Job Description

General Service supervisors are responsible for the team, providing complete general services supervision and support to the highest levels of company standards and client requirements, within health and safety legislation. They will be supervising all areas of ground, general maintenance, cleaning, and janitorial duties. They will be required to ensure that all general operatives carry out their duties in a tidy and professional manner to a high standard. Responsibilities: ● Establishing and enforcing safety protocols in all facilities to ensure employee health and well-being. ● Overseeing the day-to-day operations of facilities including maintenance, repair, and cleaning services. ● Monitoring the technical performance of contractors under supervision (transportation, food, manpower, etc.). ● Monitoring the GS Staff performance in all centres. ● Coordinating weekly team meetings and preparation of MOM. ● Determining the workplace of Staff and monitoring their performance. ● Regular visits to the centers under the supervision of the team. ● Supervising the provision of cleanliness and sanitization of the workplace and the provision of proper environmental hygiene.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or relevant fields. ● At least 6 years of supervisor/team leader experience within a cleaning and/or maintenance contract. ● Excellent customer service skills. ● Good attention to detail. ● Excellent health and safety awareness. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Excellent organizational and leadership skills. ● Good analytical/critical thinking.
