Job Description

● Plan, execute, and responsible from the A to Z of the foreign procurement and logistic affairs under direct supervision of Managing Director. ● Manage and monitor of buying process, solving the existing problems and obstacles like economic sanction in order to speed up the purchases. ● Manage and monitor of continuous assessment about supply and demand of sensitive and essential goods and taking proper decision about existing deficiencies and failures. ● Evaluate and analyze information about supplier performance or procurement program success. ● Source for obtaining new suppliers in best condition to add the number of the suppliers. ● Prepare the contracts with suppliers. ● Proper negotiation with suppliers to maintain the suppliers. ● Develop the purchase and procurement policy and procedure. ● Control and Monitor the process requisitions and purchase orders under CRM software. ● Responsible for the all supplier’s affairs, such as responsible for correspondences, supplier’s shipment, delivery schedule, expenditure. ● Understand and proper analyze for the sales plan and act for purchase order in timely manner. ● Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on purchase activities. ● Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality. ● Update with the latest news and laws and have a quick and correct actions. ● Manage the procurement governance process across the business policy and procedures. ● Supervise the team performance under control. ● Supervise on the all activities of customs clearance. ● Prepare the suppliers reports on timely manner. ● Update the management and delivery the reports on the timely manner. ● Company location: South Ferdowsi, St. Sarhang, Sakhaee St. ● Working days :Sunday to Wednesday 8:30 to 18:00 and Thursday 8:30 to 14:00. ● Holidays: Friday and Saturday

Requirements

● Minimum Bachelor's degree in Commercial or Supply Chain Management or any related educational fields. ● At least 10 years of related experience with the 5 years of proven management position. ● Fluent in English. ● Proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs - Excel, Word, Outlook. ● Strong Knowledge of foreign purchase and import. ● Full mastery of supplier’s Identification, evaluation and selection processes and optimal purchasing. ● Strong Knowledge of planning process and acting in timely target. ● Knowledge of contract negotiation, project management, risk management and financial management. ● Excellent skills on the correspondences. ● Effective strategic planning abilities. ● Fully capable of handling contract and commercial process. ● Effective forecasting, budgeting skills. ● Strong communication skill. ● High personal motivation and a sense of urgency. ● Multi-task handling is a must. ● Goal oriented. ● Professionalism, commitment to excellence or detail oriented. ● Positive attitude.
