Requirements and responsibilities - Acts as an adviser on matters of tariffs, markets, and federal and foreign regulations. - Ability to Handle all insurance, insurance contracts, inspection and etc. - Being an international trade specialist ensures that all filings, documents and regulatory reporting are completed accurately in a timely manner and according to trade laws. - Keeps informed of international events and changes to laws and requirements that may impact operations. - Additionally, international trade specialist may negotiate letters of credit or handle issues with international banks. - May require to a manager or head of a unit /department - The international trade specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the function Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. To be an international trade Specialist typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Comprehensive knowledge of commercial procedures, regulations, sourcing and correspondences Familiar with processes and rules of obtaining permits/licenses from organizations Familiar with principles of International Trade and costumes clearance and logistics Fluency in English in all skills and Proficiency in English is required. Highly cultivated self-confidence excellent communication skills Teamwork spirit and responsibility and Strong organizational and time management skills transporting follow-ups Ability to make decisions in crucial situations Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team Punctual Having a strong "can-do" attitude Bachelor's degree in commerce or other related fields Multi-tasking skills Minimum of 2 years related working experience as a commercial expert Minimum of 2 years related working experience as a commercial expert Relationship building skills with cross-functional colleagues, customers and suppliers Job Description Plan, coordinate and control all commercial activities such as Sourcing, Negotiating, Ordering, and Shipping & Banking Providing needed reports and checking foreign currency fluctuations considering providing reports Sourcing reliable suppliers Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time and resolve problems related to undelivered goods Understand the background to, the objectives and the detail of the commercial strategy and plan Prepare reports, presentations, letters and other document Set up, maintain and develop filing systems, databases and processes, action logs (and chase non-compliance where necessary) Maintain and update the commercial database, and create reports Excellent knowledge of NTSW, NIMA system Good knowledge of EPL Familiar to automotive industry standards and quality management system (ISO/TS & IATF) IT skills including Word, Excel, Photoshop or Paint Good oral and written communication skills in English Responsible for getting all the needed governmental and non-governmental approvals and licenses Prepare and handle all the documents such as proforma invoice, shipping documents and commercial registration procedures Controlling all the shipping documents and archiving handle the daily commercial activities of the business Handle all the shipment process Handle all bank procedures Providing needed reports Provide project management services, including inventory control, local and regional price listings and appropriate supply chain management.
