Job Description

• In charge of Procurement of local parts in several sub-commodities related to automotive industries (tools, equipment, spare parts, consumables, etc.) • planning, performing and coordinating commercial affairs such as corresponding, negotiating, contract modification, preparing related documents for payment, shipment and delivery schedules, commercial registration procedures, custom affairs , transporting follow-ups • Perform commercial activities such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating, ordering and making shipping arrangements and additional tracking when required in a timely manner until the goods are in land and released • Preparing, handling, archiving all necessary documentation from proforma Invoice to shipping documents • Prepare and submit weekly reports relevant to scope of work and responsibility • Be up-to-dated about current regulations and monitor applicable law changes for better dealing with customs and Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Health matters • Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulation • Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time, and resolve problems related to undelivered goods • Monitor changes affecting supply and demand, tracking market conditions, price trends, or futures market • Familiar with commercial and international business terms and regulations • In charge of Procurement of local parts in several sub-commodities related to automotive industries (tools, equipment, spare parts, consumables, etc.) • Prepare Purchase Orders and Review Requisitions for Goods • Familiar with automotive manufacturing industries IPL & IPI list and MIMT localization instructions • Responsible of Quality/Cost/Delivery/Development and Performance Management of each supplier. Ramp-up follow-up, sourcing for new projects, Part Localization • Requisition management • Monitoring financial and operational procedures, Opening of L/C, budgeting strategy for international purchasing, Banking affairs etc. • Research and Evaluate Suppliers and Manufacturers Based on Price, Quality, Service, Support, Availability, Reliability, Distribution Capabilities and Other Supplier's Qualifications and History • Co-ordinate with Logistic Companies to Ensure Proper Shipment and Delivery • Familiar with custom clearance procedure based on latest MIMT / ISIRI and custom rules and regulation.
