Job Description

● Do all business related to foreign trade. ● Buy at the best price-ordering-carriage and clearance. ● Effective communication with purchase team, governmental entities, and foreign suppliers. ● Prepare or check all necessary documentation for custom affairs and commercial registration procedures. ● Responsible for getting all required governmental and non-governmental approvals and licenses for the importation process and monitoring applicable laws and regulations. ● Perform order registration. ● Control all the shipping processes and follow up the goods delivery. ● Reporting to Managing Director. ● Working hours: 8:00 a.m. - 14:00 p.m. ● Subordinates: One Foreign Business Assistant. ● Length of probation period: 1 Month.

Requirements

● Full familiarity with all rules of entry and exit of goods such as import, export, order registration, shipping and clearance, business correspondence, and opening of documentary credits. ● Full command of English. ● Having strong morale and public relations. ● At least 3 years of business experience. ● Have a bachelor's degree in business.
