Job Description

A Foreign Commercial Expert will work with a team of experts to hunt a capable source to full fill our customer requirements in regard to telecom equipment and must be able to lead the shipment from the source to our destination. ● Sourcing, dealing with suppliers, and procurement of all required raw materials and equipment from internal and foreign suppliers. ● Searching for potential markets all over the world to develop the products. ● Managing the commercial department team along with planning for the accurate handling of all business affairs. ● Enrolling in different related exhibitions all over the world to constantly expand the resource database. ● Administrative activities in the export and import of goods and services such as coding of goods, determining the price of customs clearance, imports from the place of export, temporary admission, refund of import rights, export award process, the selection process of exporting country of the country. ● Review, analyze and improve the existing work practices and eliminate additional operations. ● Scheduling, organizing, and reporting. ● Follow-up customs process for imports and exports and custom clearance procedures ● Follow-up shipments. ● Following the total procedure for our imports and exports. ● Reporting to Commercial Manager.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration or MBA. ● At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field of exports, purchasing, customs clearance, freight cargo. ● Awareness of all customs and government laws that affect the process of domestic and foreign purchases. ● Active in the field of business and interested in challenging environments. ● Fluent in English, especially in business English and commercial correspondence. ● Expert in MS Office, especially Excel. ● Ability to communicate effectively. ● Experience and recognition of various types of transportation air freight, sea freight, and transit. ● Knowledge of the procedures, rules, and documents required by governmental and international organizations and relevant organizations such as; industry and mining trading, chamber of commerce, trade development, customs.
