Job Description

- Taking care of the purchase orders received from the internal departments of the company - Looking for new sources of materials, instruments and equipment - Doing the commercial paperwork and correspondence - Negotiating with the suppliers to get the best offers in terms of price and quality - Getting proforma Invoices from the suppliers and preparing the related commercial reports - Following the company procedures to get the necessary permission for purchasing the required items - Obtaining the import licenses - Following up the customs clearance process - Delivering the items to the related departments of the company

Requirements

- Bachelor/Master in Business Administration - Previous experience (5 Years and more) - Comprehensive knowledge of foreign procurement processes, sourcing, correspondence, negotiating, ordering, contracting, custom releasing and etc… - Language Skills: English (Fluent Speaking/ Skilled Writing) - Good knowledge of computer (Microsoft Office) - Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
