Job Description

  • Responsible for importing goods from many countries for the company. Work with a variety of companies, from small businesses to multinational corporations, and help our company with purchase and import procedures.
  • Communicate with customs brokers and other individuals involved in international shipping to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Review shipping documents such as bills of lading, manifests, and other paperwork to ensure that they conform to legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with customs agents to ensure that shipments are cleared through customs in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with suppliers and correspondence with them for shipment/delivery schedules.
  • Handle International and Local commercial affairs such as order placement, PI collection, commercial registration, currency allocation, bank-related tasks, shipment follow-up, shipping documents, etc.
  • Plan and coordinate all activities of customs clearance.
  • Follow up on needed activities and Prepare daily reports.
  • Carry out negotiations and correspondence of foreign orders.
  • Pursue the necessary permits to proceed with the relevant matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or other relevant degree.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the commercial field.
  • Good command of computer knowledge (MS Office, and the Internet).
  • Excellent communication skills, both in Farsi and English.
  • Team player, results-oriented, and a good solution provider.
