- Make different formulations for each type of flour.
- Ask the suppliers for recommending high-quality materials and manage to purchase it.
- Plan for the production of improvers.
- Analyze flour results.
- Negotiate with flour sites and manage to sell the product.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or Food Industry.
- Some years of experience in the bakery or flour industry.
- Familiar with different types of flour and bread enzymes.
- Familiar with examining and presenting new formulas.
- Familiar with order releases, turnovers, packing lists, gross profits, and invoices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate level in English.
