Job Description
Job Purpose:
The incumbent is responsible for managing the JTI Iran fleet team and should ensure a smooth and ongoing sales and marketing of car services all over the country.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Planning, prioritizing, assigning, supervising, reviewing, and participating in the work of fleet supervisors responsible for vehicle and equipment maintenance.
- Participating in the development of goals and objectives as well as car policies and procedures in line with JTI standards; making recommendations for changes and improvements to existing safety and security standards, policies and procedures; participating in the implementation of approved policies and procedures; monitoring work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Participating in the preparation and administration of the fleet department budget, submitting budget recommendations, and monitoring expenditures.
- Preparing monthly reports about vehicle & equipment maintenance records and repair costs.
- Maintaining records concerning operations and programs, and preparing reports on operations and activities.
- Monitoring and controlling supplies and equipment, ordering parts, supplies, and tools as necessary, and preparing documents for equipment procurement.
- Managing contracts for maintenance, repair shop, and insurance with third parties.
- Ensuring on-time reporting in case of any legal issue and active follow-up of the cases.
- Preparing monthly reports on mileage, fuel cost, service schedules, and maintenance histories.
- Enhance culture, leadership, and communication:
- Support physical and mental health programs and increase the level of wellness activities in both areas.
- Direct supervision of cultural programs and hosting related events.
- Close collaboration with the EHS team to achieve mutual targets.
Candidate Profile:
Education:
- A university degree in Management, Engineering, or any related field.
Work Experience and Competencies:
- 4 years of experience as a manager or supervisor, preferably in fleet or transportation.
Languages and Computer Skills:
- Full command of English, spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.

- Strong organizational skills.
