Job Description

-Prepare insurance lists and monthly taxes of employees, VAT Statements, Quarterly transactions, and annual performance statements according to the relevant laws and regulations after company approval, through the relevant systems, and within the constructed timeline -Company asset's depreciation calculations, Issuance of sales invoices, Preparation and adjustment of the 12 -month salary table, Accounts data entry in company's financial software and maintaining financial books, Preparation, and printing of accounting documents and their covers -Preparing financial reports helping to make managerial decisions needs such as income and expense reports, the balance of receipts and payments, receivables and liabilities, liquidity, discrepancies and account reconciliations, and salaries -Preparing balance sheet and profit and loss statement -Responding to tax auditors, Attending and defending at the board designated to paragraph 3 of Article 97 of the Direct Taxes Law (2001 amendment), and receiving the tax identification/claim sheet

Requirements

-Minimum B.S.in Accounting or Financial Management -Over 5 years experience in a managerial role -Be Familiar with Systems similar to Hamkaran System and Tadbir -Familiarity with foreign currency accounts (foreign exchange balance), preparation and adjustment
